My dearest Alison,

is so right. You give so much to us all. You give so

much to me. You are the most loving, kind, compassionate and amazing

lady. You have helped me through so much and are helping me still

regardless of what is going on in your life. You always seem to have

the extra boost of energy. I truly care so much for you, Ali. You are

an angel on Earth with a heart of gold. My heart hurts that you are

not feeling yourself. We all have to take a break, even the angels

need help now. I can only imagine what you are going through. Being

an empath is a very difficult gift at times, we literally feel the pain

of others, mentally, physically and spiritually. I am sending extra

love, light, healing energy and so much love to you that would fill up

20 football stadiums or more. I have also asked my father to watch

over you. He is a kind man, he transitioned July '03 and he is always

very willing to just be there for me or anyone I care for. He was with

a friend of mine whom was having surgery for the first time and had

never been put under with anesthesia. She awoke to someone holding her

hand tightly. To her surprise, no one was there, then her Mom came in

and the one holding her hand knew she wold be ok. It was my Dad. May

he help you if it is ok with you. I would never impose nor would he if

you are not comfy with his presence. He frequently visits with me, in

the spring as a bright orange monarch butterfly, when it is colder, he

is that alley cat you see every once in a while, also orange *warm

smile*. I am with you in spirit my beautiful one! I want to humbly

remind you to have Ali time too, hun. Love and light, dear one, LUNA
