in the College of Agriculture and Natural Sciences are doing a

project with therapeutic riding. They are looking for children with autism to

participate in their study. The children will be divided into two groups. Some

riders will get the therapy first for free and the control group will get it

this summer or next fall for free. Families who are interested or want more

information can contact the project through Tangi Arant, Dr. Brady's graduate

assistant at tangela.l.arant@...

Autism is a very silent world; but the potential in that world speaks

volumes.... Texas Autism Advocacy: www.TexasAutismAdvocacy.org

" There are some aspects of a person's life that we have no right to

compromise. We cannot negotiate the size of an institution. No one should live

in one. We cannot debate who should get an inclusive education. Everyone

should. We cannot determine who does and who does not get the right to make

their own choices and forge their own futures. All must. "
