Energetic

Divine life energizes and strengthens me.

Throughout the day, I need nourishment in order to continue to focus my mind and energize my body. This physical nourishment enables me to carry out all that needs to be done by me.

I need spiritual nourishment also. Turning within in moments of prayer, I connect with the God-life flowing throughout my body, energizing and strengthening me. At any time thereafter, I can pause, take a deep breath, and realize the energizing effect of affirming the life of God that is my true nature.

While I may feel the effects of the day's activities in my muscles or realize that I am becoming tired, I know that divine life is unlimited. I am strong, vigorous, vibrant, and healthy through the activity of the life of God within me and expressing as me.

"Moses was one hundred twenty years old when he died; his sight was unimpaired and his vigor had not abated."--Deuteronomy 34:7
