Guest guest
"Sometimes, we refuse to put any effort into creating a good lifefor ourselves because we believe that we don't deserve it. The beliefthat we are not deserving may come from our early childhoodexperiences. Maybe the belief came from our early toilet training.Perhaps we were told that we could not have what we wanted if we didnot eat all of our food, clean our room, or put our toys away. Wecould be buying into another person's concept or opinion that hasnothing to do with our own reality.Deserving has nothing to do with having good. It is ourunwillingness to accept that gets in the way. Allow yourself toaccept good, whether you think you deserve it or not."This was written by Louise L.
