Guest guest
I may be working with Dr. C on my adrenals, etc., but I need to find a doctor who will switch me to Armour sooner rather than later. I’m leaning toward Dr. Launius, which would be the most conveniently located for me. I’ve read through the database, but would love to hear from someone about their experience. I am really struggling with my dose right now. I have T4 and T3 prescribed, but have no idea how much to take and Dr. DeVries is not able to help me. The rapid increase of T4 made me feel worse, as did adding the T3 without reducing T4. Dr. C wants to see me in 6 weeks and didn’t want to do anything with my thyroid meds. I don’t want to wait that long. I’ve been trying to get this resolved or moved in the right direction since May! Thanks for any suggestions. I know Dr. Owens is an option, but she is far from my house and I remember reading a negative report of the way she was dosing meds (different every other day). However, if she is the most strongly recommended, I’ll consider it. The only other names that have jumped out at me are Sullivan and Dr. Elmore. Guest guest
Dr. Owens is really good with all thyroid stuff- adrenals I think she would test and dig pretty deep- she is thorough. Hope you feel better soon!
