I definitely didn't want it to go to waste. I regularly culture milk with a buttermilk culture that I originally got from Fermented Treasures. It's one that cultures at room temperature. So I used a little of the buttermilk to culture my cream. Oh my, oh my, oh my! It is SO good. It has a slight almost lemony flavor. Does anyone else culture cream? Terri -- Be Yourself @ mail.com!
