cultured cream - YUM!

I had some cream that I needed to use up. I get milk from a gurnsey cow, so the

cream is very rich. I definitely didn't want it to go to waste. I regularly

culture milk with a buttermilk culture that I originally got from Fermented

Treasures. It's one that cultures at room temperature.

So I used a little of the buttermilk to culture my cream. Oh my, oh my, oh my!

It is SO good. It has a slight almost lemony flavor. Does anyone else culture

cream?
