Glasses - getting frames to fit

Here's something that really helps - get frames with nosepads and then get the Optician to change the nosepads to silicone nosepads. They are a sticky sort of material that really do help them cling to the bridge of the nose and prevent sliding down. There shouldn't be any charge for doing that.
