Quoting from

http://www.ispcorp.com/products/hairskin/haircare/per12.html

" Germall Plus is a patented combination of 99% Germall II (olidinyl

Urea), the most active member of the Imidazolidinyl Urea family of

preservatives, and1% Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate (IPDC). "

" Typical usage levels of Germall Plus range From 0.05% - 0.2%. "

Liquid Germall Plus is a 40% solution of Germall Plus in Propylene

Glycol.

AFAIK, there is no performance difference between Liquid Germall Plus

and Germall Plus when compared on equal " actives "

0.05% Germall Plus = 0.125% Liquid Germall Plus

0.06% Germall Plus = 0.15% Liquid Germall Plus

0.08% Germall Plus = 0.2% Liquid Germall Plus

0.1% Germall Plus = 0.25% Liquid Germall Plus

0.12% Germall Plus = 0.3% Liquid Germall Plus

0.14% Germall Plus = 0.35% Liquid Germall Plus

0.16% Germall Plus = 0.4% Liquid Germall Plus

0.18% Germall Plus = 0.45% Liquid Germall Plus

0.2% Germall Plus = 0.5% Liquid Germall Plus

I have no idea why.

>Is the liquid manufactured from the powder by

That seems logical.
