I Turn Off The Corrupted Hierarchy's Media "Fear" Programming - <Turn off, Tune in, Turn on>

Never forget that only dead fish swim with the stream. (Malcolm Muggeridge)

I Tune In To Me ~ I Be Here Now - <Turn off, Tune in, Turn on>

In physicality, your breath is the most direct method for exchanging energy with the cosmos... Remember to focus your attention on breathing consciously; this means paying attention to the process by directing your breath into the bottom of your lungs and moving the diaphragm out on the inhale, and in on the exhale. Find your rhythm and breathe. Over time the habit of shallow breathing, which is breathing into the upper lungs and chest only, slowly deprives the body of life-sustaining oxygen. Deep oxygenation restores your body's vitality, and with specific practice it can also be used to clear away the emotional debris stored in the body. On Earth, the tradition of honoring the practice of breathing-awareness is timeless. Making a conscious connection with your breath focuses your attention into the present moment, where you can enjoy the experience of having a body. (The Pleiadians through Barbara Marciniak, from the book, Path of Empowerment) - www.pleiadians.com

I Tune In Within, I Turn On My Soul - <Turn off, Tune in, Turn on>

The ego - the Self part of humanity - is what that keeps you chained to the Earth plane. It creates an illusion which stops the Higher Self from showing you the real truth, and so humanity very rarely moves forward. The Self has access, just like the Higher Self, to the soul memory. So, whenever the soul wants to move out of the comfort zone and try something new, the Self says, "No, you will not; look what happened before when you did this!" Then it brings up into the memory all that happened in a previous experience of trying to change. This leads to fear, and humanity does not know how to face fear. There are many books written on fear as well as many courses offered on this subject, but only YOU can accept the change and face the fear. Often, even when we lay before you the opportunity to change, such as money, people etc to help you, you still cannot face your fear! You fear and worry about money, work, how you will cope, what will happen etc instead of just trusting, letting go and walking the new path. Often the new path is and can be so much better than the old way, but you will never know because you have so much fear. (Maitreya) - www.maitreya-edu.org

The Nature of Fear Is Living Less Of Life ~ The More I Live My Fears; The Less I Live My Life

The ego comprises the conscious mind, forming the personality through the learned beliefs, values, attitudes, and judgments based on life experiences. The conscious, also known as the rational or logical mind, thinks in a linear process, which maintains living in the consensual reality. It only knows what it experiences to be the path of survival and has an invested interest to be in control. This need is the instrumental factor that creates resistance to change. Maintaining the ego's dominance often requires that it ignore messages from the unconscious and what the other bodies need. This rigid tendency to adhere to what is the established norm creates an intense conflict between all the bodies and produces mental confusion that maintains density through its fear. (Epona'Bri Rhiannon) - www.angelfire.com/wa/wafstetworld/Email.html

I Face My Fear And Grow

If we take the generally accepted definition of bravery as a quality which knows no fear, I have never seen a brave man. All men are frightened. The more intelligent they are, the more they are frightened. ( S. Patton, 1885-1945 American Army General during World War II)

I Embrace My Power - Being "All" Of Who I Am

Take the whole responsibility on your own shoulders. Know that you are the creator of your own destiny. All the strength and succor you want is within yourselves. Stand up. Be bold. Be strong. Make your own future. (Source) - www.pravstalk.com/2008/08/26/pravs-world-make-your-future/

I Embrace My Mirrors

....as each takes full responsibility for the truth that the darkness outside of self is really ones' own lost darkness, and chooses to retrieve it, forgive it,and reunite it into an amalgamated thought-form where light and dark become one, then the dance of extinction not only comes to an end, but peace, unity, honor, and unconditional love can be born as a new foundation. First this occurs within each willing to forgive and then embraces the love within; then as enough humans forgive and embrace the love within, a new dream that shall restore love unto the human species can also be woven. (The Tao and Earth Mother through Danrich “Mila”) - www.ascendpress.org

I Unify My "I" ~ I Integrate My Polarities ~ I Embrace My Shadow Side

Think of the Tao symbol with one sheath of black and one sheath of white, yet within each is a bit off the other. I once had a philosophy teacher who described it by saying, "...in the overwhelming bright light of day we have the small shadows of scattered tree and rock, and during the deep black of night, we have the dim glimmering light of distant stars." Meaning, each duality contains a little of the opposite.

Recognizing opposites is the path to wholeness, because their balance produces the neutral state of one. This is why the Tao was called a 'monism.' However, nothing is exclusively of solely one entity. There's a little of each in both entities. If you statically classify something as "yang" or to use a physics term, ruled by centripetal force, you are merely saying that the amount of yang in this exceeds it's opposite (centrifugal force, or yin) quality. You can't say someone is, "all strength." They must have some weakness. The degree this weakness is visible differs for everyone, but in some amount, it's always present.

The philosophy of opposites can be easily misunderstood, because speaking in terms of fixed classifications usually leads to dogmatic thinking. Its laws are not truly understood. There are always layers and depths to our superficial perception. To think in terms of black and white minimizes the unique complexity of how opposites interact and the layers between them. Between black and white, there is an entire universe of gray. (Verne Varona)

I Choose Not To Blame ~ I Allow Autonomy

We can never fully understand the karmic implications of any given situation or why things happen in a certain way. We may see what led up to it and what happened before that, but we cannot see how far back in history those karmic threads go to create the karmic repercussions that are occurring today. We therefore cannot assign blame and it is not our position to do so, for ultimately we cannot see the whole picture and unconsciously we may be biased by our cultural and social programming. (Maggie Erotokritou) - www.planetawake.org/coordinator.html

I Choose Not To Judge ~ I Allow Free Will

....we urge you not to judge others - you don't know their soul contracts - and urge you to send love to all, especially those in darkness, where there is a void of love, of light. ( through Suzanne Ward) - www.matthewbooks.com

I Choose Not To Worry ~ I Believe In My Strengths

Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow; it empties today of its strength. (Corrie Ten Boom)

I Pursue My Passions

If you want to get something done...START! (Victor Scrivani)

I Embrace My Mistakes As Opportunities To Learn

Failure is how you learn, how you grow, how you transform yourself into a new person, into a wonderful reflection of the beautiful creation you are. If you don't allow yourself to grow and to learn from your failures, you're doing a great disservice to yourself and to those people who surround you who deserve to have you be the wonderful person you have the capability to become. (Author Unknown)

I Embrace All Change As Chances To Grow

What saves a man is to take a step. Then another step. (Antoine De Saint-Exupery)
