HI from a new person

Hello

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is I live in the

UK and I am starting the challenge tomorrow. I have tried three

times before but have never got beyond week three as i thought the

results that i was seeing (none) did not justify the effort i was

putting in (lots). I think i didn't help myself because i weighed

everyday and if i didn't notice a difference i was terribly

disappointed! However this time i am not going to weigh myself but do

my body fat once every 4 weeks.

My goal is too reduce my body fat from 33% to 15% I am 5ft 1 " tall

and weigh approx 130lbs. I really want to make it work this time and

i thought being part of this group would help me.

Good luck! I agree that scale weight is a great way to ruin your feelings of

success.

Had I relied on that measure, I would have quit the program long ago-but have

since then thrown the scale out. I don't know what I weigh and have found

that the bf measurement is much more accurate and encouraging.
