Guest guest
Debbie Mc ...Congrats on your good news with your blood tests looking better and your meds working. I don't think they should allow men to be phlebotamists(sp?)!(Sorry Al) Last week the guy tried 3 times and then called a woman who hit it right on. Today a guy blew one out in my hand but managed to hit one on the next try. I look like a junkie with all of these bruises. Another thought...Why is Dracula always a man...why can't a woman be in charge? Why is it that kids and seniors know the truth of naps but corporate America refuses to listen. I think we need a nap grass roots movement. Have a good evening. Iris <angelrose@...> wrote: > Got the results from my latest blood work today, and > my liver enzymes are back to normal!!! Yah! Guest guest
I'm with you Iris! And I wonder if my boss would let me have a nap hour. She insists I do my exercises, wonder if she would insist on my afternoon nap? Debbie Mc " No day is so bad it can't be fixed with a nap. Guest guest
Debbie...During those flares that my FM makes me incredibly tired; I would ask my team mate to come outside and wake me if I am not back in an hour. I would take my lunch in my car, tell myself to wake up at a certain time (which usually works) and be able to feel really refreshed for the afternoon. Of course, living in the Dallas heat, this doesn't work in the summer. Maybe a professional looking chart showing productivity would work. After all, if you look like you know what you are talking about, how could she refuse. I'm joking but if you think it would work, why not? Guest guest
hi Debbie, glad for your good news on your blood work...you sure get your results back quick....I had blood work today too...but I have to wait a few days for results...It's gotten so when I go for my bloodwork, the techs automatically say hi and leave the room and the boss comes back to draw...they use the little butterflys for me too...and...she got me first poke...it's so nice to not feel like a pin cushion! I have done well on the meth injections for over a year now, occasional flare up's but not the totally debillitating ones...still able to work...I ve gotten pretty good at naps in my van...short one's during my breaks...naps are great! and only way I survive....It's almost 3:30...have a busy day tomorrow...hope to get some shut eye...the dogs seem to enjoy my short sleep and take advantage of going outside when I get up to check out the yard...hoping to see some wildlife....I moved tothe country last May...and they love it...I do too, big change for a city girl...going to try to see if sandman is in my room....hope you have a good night..marge [ ] Whoopee > Got the results from my latest blood work today, and my liver enzymes are back to normal!!!
