Guest guest
I Turn Off The Corrupted Hierarchy's Media "Fear" Programming - <Turn off, Tune in, Turn on> Remember, when everyone is staring off in the same direction, be sure to turn around and glance over your shoulder to see what is really happening. (The Pleiadians through Barbara Marciniak, from the book, Path of Empowerment) - www.pleiadians.com I Tune In To Me ~ I Be Here Now - <Turn off, Tune in, Turn on> Your need for meditation and relaxation will grow dramatically in the years to come. You will begin to recognize the needs of your body, and its limits, as well. All of your limitations will become apparent to you as you seek a higher balance. The limitations of your time, your energy, and your money will become vital to honor, for going beyond your limits will lead to imbalance, to illness, to more lessons. Dear ones, just identifying and owning your limitations - that is, taking responsibility for your present life - is fifty percent of the work! Once you begin to admit that, yes, this part of my life is out of balance, and that part causes me pain - you can then focus on how to change those things that need changing, and then settle into a higher resonance of being, feeling, thinking, and doing. (The Brotherhood of Light through Edna G. el) - www.beyondreiki.com I Tune In Within, I Turn On My Soul - <Turn off, Tune in, Turn on> Soul cannot exist when our connections in life remain superficial. An experience of soul requires that we take time to be fully present to the details of our lives. Explore what happens when you take the time to STOP and PAY ATTENTION. When we choose to slow down and really experience the qualities of our lives, we get a whole new perspective on what living's all about. (Source) - http://www.higherawareness.com The Nature of Fear Is Living Less Of Life Fear is the main source of superstition, and one of the main sources of cruelty. To conquer fear is the beginning of wisdom. (Bertrand ) I Face My Fear And Grow If you do not like what's happening in your life, you may change it. If you do not like it, you have the power to change it. YOU have the power! There are four basic issues that keep you separate from love and abundance of all wondrousness and those four basic issues are: I am not enough, I am powerless, love means pain, and my world is not a safe place. So let us look at four keys to transform that reality. The first is: that you can only transform what you own. For as long as you are a victim of life, a victim of government, a victim of somebody else, your family, your employer or your employees, so as long as somebody is responsible, you are powerless! It is essential that you would take responsibility for every thought, every action, every situation in your life as a co-creater in your own reality. Does this make sense? The second key to transformation is that you can only transform anything Now. Not yesterday, it has gone, and not tomorrow because you create tomorrow from what you choose Now. The truth is, you have absolutely no future at all. You only have Now. That is your power place. From this Now moment you have choice. You have free will to choose love or fear. We cannot stress enough the importance of the Now. Think of how much time you live in your past. Think how much your past influences your choices of today because you dwell there. And see how much time it is that you project into some kind of nebulous and very uncertain future - the terror of what might happen tomorrow. NOW is your choice-point. The more you can focus on how it is now, what is occurring now and how it does feel, the more you are in your power place and create transformation. Now, now, is the power. The third key to transform fear is a tricky one. You create reality from the ideas and beliefs plus the feeling generated by the ideas and beliefs. You can only transform the fear in the Now moment whilst you are feeling it. If you could do it with your head, you would have a far different world. This is the reason why affirmations do not work. Have you noticed? They do not work. Why don't they work? Because affirmations have only your head engaged, hmmm? Only head engaged, not heart engaged, not belly engaged, not feeling engaged. You can only transform fear and pain only while you are feeling it! In the NOW, while you are feeling. And the fourth key is this - you can only transform fear and pain by the absolute embracement of it. Fear is a little bit like physical diseasement. The more you judge it, the more you try to push it away, the more you try to get rid of it, the more it is. Law of Universe - whatever you resist persists, hmm? Whatever you invalidate, you empower. The absolute embracement. So, HOW do you embrace fear? That is a tricky one, isn't it, especially when you have spent all of your life running away from it. (Ptaah through Jani King) - www.ptaah.com I Embrace My Power - Being All I Am Most physical beings have no idea that they are the absolute creator of their own experience. They have followed the lead of those who have gone before in giving credit or blame to any number of other people, institutions, and so on. However, a very large sector of the population of the planet is becoming increasingly aware that they do influence their experiences, through thought or attitude, and a somewhat smaller sector has begun the deliberate search for the details of how to be in more deliberate control of their own experience. (Abraham through Esther Hicks, from the book, A New Beginning II) - www.abraham-hicks.com I Embrace My Mirrors People treat you exactly the way you unconsciously treat yourself. Their outer mannerisms toward you reflect your inner mannerisms, so one of the most powerful ways to transform your life is to become consciously aware of your beliefs and feelings about yourself. Most people go through life completely oblivious. (Dr. F. Demartini) - www.drdemartini.com I Unify My "I" ~ I Integrate My Polarities ~ I Embrace My Shadow Side As strange as it seems, accepting more responsibility for being the creator of your experience frees you to explore the shadow side of life; without shadows, you would see very little of life. Art is a dance between shades of color and tones of dark and light. When you examine your beliefs about the darker side of existence with another lens, it can free you to re-examine your life's creations from a different perspective. Perspective is everything. (The Pleiadians through Barbara Marciniak, from the book, Path of Empowerment) - www.pleiadians.com I Choose Not To Blame ~ I Allow Autonomy I have never been contained except when I made the prison. ( ) I Choose Not To Judge ~ I Allow Free Will As you have noticed, many of you have less desire than ever before to be involved the dramas. Dear ones, walking the higher path sometimes means that you will simply walk the higher path and allow others to walk their own. It also means that you will be letting go of the beliefs, patterns, and habits that have held you down. As the vibration raises, you will notice these old patterns tugging on you as well, tempting you to engage in old patterns that no longer serve your spirit. Just keep blessing and releasing these old voices for they are no longer your truth. (The Angels through Ann Albers) - www.visionsofheaven.com I Choose Not To Worry ~ I Believe In My Strengths Today was the tomorrow that I worried about yesterday that never happened anyway. Seems like I wasted a lot of yesterday's today worrying about a tomorrow that never ever was destined to become a today. Worry seems mainly to be a process of wasting a good part of a today on a tomorrow that never comes. (Dean Fraser) I Pursue My Passions The act of taking the first step is what separates the winners from the losers. ( ) I Embrace My Mistakes As Opportunities To Learn Nothing is difficult that is wholly desired. Trials are but lessons that you failed to learn presented once again, so where you made a faulty choice before you now can make a better one. (A Course In Miracles) - www.acimi.com I Embrace All Change As Chances To Grow It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent; it is the one that is most adaptable to change.
