Guest guest
here are the top 14 foods from an article on the WAPF website. I focus on these. Our list of the 14 best top foods, foods that supply vital nutrients including the fat- soluble vitamins, looks like this: Butter from grass-fed cows (preferably raw) Oysters Liver from grass-fed animals Eggs from grass-fed hens Cod liver oil Fish eggs Whole raw milk from grass-fed cows Bone broth Shrimp Wild salmon Whole yoghurt or kefir Beef from grass-fed steers Sauerkraut Organic Beets A diet containing only these foods will confer lifelong good health; as to the greens, depending on which nutrient you are looking for, you could look on http://www.nutritiondata.com for ideas. > > Carolyn, > > I'm not a greens lover either--would you be willing to give some examples of the other foods you eat to make up for the nutrients in greens? > > Thanks! > > a > > >
Guest guest
Nature gave us a wonderful thing called a -food chain- where cattle, sheep, pigs and poultry eat greens almost 24 hours a day, then digest and concentrate the nutrients in their meat for us and other animals (like cats) that have a different digestive system. No matter what your belief system is, God or nature,or both, its amazing how simple and effective the system works when we don't mess with it. ~Jan > I'm not a greens lover either--would you be willing to give some examples of the other foods you eat to make up for the nutrients in greens?
