Need help with problem behavior

I apologize in advance for the cross posting. However, I have a 9 yr. old son

with autism that has starting spitting.  Initially, he started drooling and

spitting because of a severe sore throat. His throat is all better, but he

want

stop spitting. He doesn't spit on anyone, just spit all over the place.

I desperately need help eliminating this problem. I welcome any and all

suggestions, programs and/or social story that will stop this kid from

spitting. I

will greatly appreciate any and all information.
