Scholarship Opportunity for teachers in North Texas

The North Texas Autism Education Center is proud to announce another scholarship

opportunity for teachers in North Texas.

This scholarship (only one will be awarded) will cover the $595 registration fee

to attend the " Teaching Verbal Behavior in a Classroom Setting " - 3-day

intensive Workshop #5 (by Dr. Carbone's associates). The workshop is scheduled

for June 22-24, 2004 in Austin. Information/Registration forms are on our

website.

If you are a teacher employed full-time with a local school district in a

classroom including children with autism, you are a candidate for this

scholarship!

Prior attendance at Dr. Carbone’s Introductory workshop #1 " Teaching

Communication Skills to Children with Autism " is strongly recommended.

Therefore, applicants who have done so (or plan to in April) will be given

priority consideration for the scholarship.
