Dearest Alice,

I am actually really now beginning to be in the present

moment more and more. It seemed like my mind would wander to the

very far future or the past when I was very young, which is not a bad

thing if I can see it and heal it and move on, but my heart has been

sort of stuck with many things and I am slowly learning to live in

the moment. Thank you for this gentle reminder. As always with you,

my dear you seem to write the greatest post right at the time I need
