Sometimes we make huge goals, and try to make them a reality by just doing more of what we are already doing. "If I just make a few more sales calls today, I may get to my goal" or "I'll just walk past that lovely girl again, maybe she will notice me this time....". However If you truly wish to expand on your current lifestyle or situation, you must be willing to expand on your action pattern too. Start thinking outside the square, away from your usual patterns into new ways of thinking. You may ask yourself: so how do I know what to do?An excellent place to start is simply follow your inner guidance, that inner voice, your intuition or however you may wish to call it. A guiding hunch you get all of a sudden saying "go and talk to her now!", or "why don't you go on that course to expand on your knowledge?". You know, if you really want something and you strongly visualize it for yourself, the Universe WILL offer guidance to make it happen. These "hunches" or "calls to action" are meant to inspire you to the actions necessary to achieve your goals. Follow them, no matter what! This is what is called "taking inspired action". It may be scary at times to do so, and you may try to rationalize not taking the action, but again: if you really wish to expand your lifestyle you will need to be willing to take action despite your fears. "Feel the fear and do it anyway" is a well known book that talks about this very thing. The more you follow your inner guidance, the more you will see that it is really helping you and the more you will trust it again in the future.
