Guest guest
No pop/soda and no juice. Crackers aren't a snack in themselves, they should at least be accompanied by cheese or peanut butter (neither are Cheerios for that matter). Snacks can/should be the same foods you would serve in meals, just in a smaller amount. Kids can and do eat vegetables! Just keep trying and encouraging (not forcing) them. Normally I would say supplement with CLO, but not so sure about that one now... How's that? Is that what you were looking for? Good luck! Guest guest
> > to speak to a room full of moms about nutrition what would you say? I would say that raw whole milk from PASTURED cows is THE most important thing for growing children. I would even quote from the Untold Story of Milk by Ron Schmid. The second thing I would stress is that animal fat (containing products) are far more nutritious than grain (containing products). I think once people understand those two basic components, then they will have a good grasp on healthy child nutrition. Good luck, Roxanne
