Kids' books about losing baby teeth?

Hi everyone,

My seven year old has not yet lost any baby teeth, but it should be

happening soon. He doesn't seem to have noticed this phenomenon in anyone else,

and

isn't familiar with the tooth fairy concept. I'd love to hear from people

about how you approached teaching your children about losing teeth--and, given

the concreteness of autism, what you did/said about the tooth fairy. Also, any

good children's books on this theme that you read with your child?
