Use creative visualization, prayer, meditation, journaling, affirmation or conscious intention to enhance your relationship with yourself and significant others. Use positive self-talk to affirm your wholeness, innocence, lovability and worthiness to achieve your goals. Write down why you want the things dear to you and why you deserve them. Never apologize, diminish, or put yourself down in conversations with others or your own mind. Accept compliments without deflecting them or making excuses. Become a force for your worthiness, and worthiness will become a force for you. --Alan H.
