I've been reading confusing information on flax oil and flax seeds.

Some sources say it is ok to use both. Some sources say just the

flax oil is ok and others say stay away from both. I would like to

start taking flax oil, but don't want to if it will make me more hypo.

All the information I'm reading is conflicting. Can anyone help me

with this?

Thanks.

The bottom line with goiterogens is their effect on you.

I am well medicated and find that I only need to avoid soy and millet and exercise moderation on other goiterogens such as raw broccoli, strawberries, and nuts. I don't think I would eat flax seeds every day. Some very sensitive folks may need to avoid both the seeds and the oil.

This is a highly individual matter.

I think you are supposed to avoid flax oil if you have yeast issues.
