Hello there , First of all, I have to say,it is our pleasure to have you here, sharing with us this journey, and helping each other in our awakening path. After I read your questions and I can give you my humble opinion about what is going on with you. It looks like you are experiencing a spontaneous Kundalini release and it is affecting and making the chackras very sensible . The intense feeling over the stomach area is your Solar plexus that is probably filtering and re-balancing the energies of your entire energetic body. There is not much we can do to help you right now, just do not try to stop the movement because those are voluntary movements of balance , and in stopping it could be detrimental for all your chackras, and It will not be healthy. It is like keeping a lightning striking inside. It is an extraordinary experience , but not unheard of. Just keep balancing, aligning and clearing the chackras, and ground yourself well and do not impede the flow of the head and don't try to stop the flow of the head, Just allow. If you keep a light balance on your diet and be sure to drink lots of liquids during all times. here in NZ...

I have severe ascension symptoms as I have not been very kind to my

body this lifetime, & am still learning to look after self. Mine are

physically very painful, solar plexus is loosening, but Heart & Neck

are most painful. I have a lot of involuntary spasm, originating

mainly from neck/shoulder area.. I know this is energy adjustment as

doctors are unable to explain. These symptoms began in June. And are

just beginning to subside as I learn to love my body. Water helps most

of all. I hope thos helps. Peace, Love, Joy & abundance to all in Unity,

I know...this is all very new to me too. When I read the ascension symptoms I could not believe how many of them I am experiencing!! I would definitely like to know more.
