Thyroid Friends -

Anyone have any experience with mild-moderate vertigo? I don't really

think it's thyroid, but I'm seeking advice. My BP is up again, so

I've started an ace inhibitor. I've been on a steady 150 mcg of

Synthroid for more than 6 months. The doc I've visited for my issue

has said the next step is an MRI. Yikes it's a lot of $! At any rate,

if anyone has experience, please share. This has been going on for a

few weeks and I'm frustrated. I'll have to find an ENT in the Flower

Mound area. Recommendations welcome! Thanks for any advice!

Thanks for sharing your story. I feel guilty for complaining next to

what you have suffered through. You have given me some good

information to further research. I've not ventured to the ENT yet,

but probably will have to. I admire your strength in the face of this

condition. There are moments that I can drift into 'the bad place'

thinking I'm losing it because I cannot remember what it was like

before I had this sensation in my head. Then, the next day, no

symptoms. Again, thanks for sharing and I'll update if I come across

anything of interest!

For what it is worth..... When I am going from hyper to hypo or hypo to hyper, I have the sensation of vertigo... It is sort of a woozy feeling. Mine is not so much a vertigo as it is a sort of visual thing. I think it may have something to do with my blood pressure but I am not sure. I get almost nauseated when I get it. I get the ringing in the ears too. I seem to have the weirdest symptoms too. I get nauseated at the drop of a hat and will almost throw up with a mouth full of food. Not because of the food but because the nausea hits me that quickly... I have finally moved from Hyper to hypo and that has increased the new types of symptoms too. I am getting it from both ends of the spectrum, but at least I don't feel like crawling out of my skin

anymore. My new doctor is trying to get me into Baylor (their free program) to get my thyroid scanned. That may be an option for your son-in-law..... __________________________________________________

-For what this is worth and it may not apply to this exact thing but

I have had the very symptoms. Hper to hypo and visa versa, vertigo,

dizziness and for me a strange sense when coming into or out of a

dark room to bright lights or mostly the other way around. A come

and go state of queasiness which had no foundation as to what I ate

or did not eat either. Come to discover it was because of

fluoride. Seems this nerve toxins effects all the receptor sites in

the body and accululates until you become toxic. After that the

smallest of exposures does a number on you. I mean I would feel sick

after taking a shower or brushing my teeth. I also discovered why I

could not drink ice tea anymore when I became toxic--tea has up to

400 times more fluoride than regular from the tap fluoridated tap

water (it is a natural bioaccumulator).

For more information please visit Second Look on the web or also

google in The Fluoride Action Network or www.slweb.net. All those

who are health care professional can also join the Collaboritive to

have access to the latest from the world's leading scientist on

fluoride.

I feel this caused my hypothryoidism because of the T3 receptor

sites being bound with Fluoride rather than Iodine. I was not aware

of how much medication, both over the counter and scripted, which

contains fluoride. Diflucan and yeast medications, Prep H, skin

rash meds, brochial inhalers, anesthesia both genral and topical and

the list goes on and on. It is used as a delivery system because

fluoride drives the pharmacueticals to the cells--but it parks it's

ass past the blodd brain barrier and lodes in the pineal gland where

it attracts aluminum and tim and that my folks is a source of major

confusion.

Please make the effort to buy and read " The Fluoride Deception " by

Bryson. Dr. Phyllis Mullinex has a book soon to be out

with all the latest infor and research results about this subject.

Hope this helps you. Mo

I was not aware of the many way and things which were adding to the

fluoride posionng until after the fact. Since detoxing I have had

NONE of these symptoms and many more -- In

How did you detox from the fluoride?
