How to Identify Appropriate Teaching Staff to Work with Your Child

Today with so many people giving themselves so many different titles

(ABA Consultant, ABA Therapist, Autism Specialist, Behavioral

Therapist, and so on) how do you know that the person working with

your child has the appropriate credentials? Parents are welcomed to

take part in this discussion on identifying appropriate staff

presented by Autism Networks, Inc. During this discussion we will

review interviewing tips including important questions to ask during

an interview of any potential home (ABA) staff. We will also review

the Board Certified Behavior Analysts certification and what that

means to a parent/client. This discussion will also review and

outline the role/responsibilities of all ABA staff and consultants

as well as the parents' role/responsibilities.
