Guest guest
I just purchased (Sat.) and am using Videowave 7 Professional from Roxio. It is inexpensive ($50) and easy to use. It is the same as the Easy Media Creator 7 but without all the extra tools for editing music and some other stuff that I didn't need. I think you can transfer 8mm to your computer using firewire... ask the computer people at the local CompUSA as I am not sure about that part of it. It is easier if the media is already digital ) e <http://www.autismbehaviorconsult.com/> Everyone Can <http://www.autismbehaviorconsut.com/> Learn e Quinby, M.Ed. [ ] digital video We have recently used some video tape to teach people, rooms of the house and kitchen appliances. Does anyone have recommendations for software to convert 8mm to DVD or using a digital video camera? The VHS tape is cumbersome to fast forward through each segment. I am looking to be able to create a menu for each clip.
Guest guest
I bought a Sony computer at Circuit City that you can plug your 8mm camera into and record from that directly to the DVD writer. You can split up the DVD into sections (one for each room of the house, or one for each action (verb) scene. I can also connect my VCR to the computer and transfer things to DVD. Does anyone know what software there is to compress DVD files so that they can be emailed?
