Guest guest
Hi All, I just got a new Bullworker X5 here in US from amazon. I am not a person with big history doing lot of gym. I am person with normal built and has been bad following the gym schedule. Maximum time i ever did gym in a row was for 1.5 months (3-4days a week). I have bought this so that i can do it at home as i get time. i am not attempting to be too huge or bulky but want to try to come in shape. Can anyone give me suggestions as where to start? (I have got week Chart with my Bullworker to start with..still)
Guest guest
Hi, I'd suggest just following the schedule in the guide/wallchart. If you're not already in shape, I wouldn't try to do too much too soon. The bullworker really does work well. I've just started training with my X5 (it's 10yrs since I did any training for my upper body, but I do cycle and hill-walk). Just following the basic 6 exercises for a week, then adding the pairs of exercises, I have added over 1" to my flexed biceps measurement, in 1month ! ..and I'm 44. I always aim to do it everyday, butbecause I'm human and never do everything I plan (!), it averages out about 5 times per week, which is what is recommended. I don't have the time or inclination to go to the gym either, so the BW is a good option to maintain upper body tone. Stick to the schedule and I'm sure you'll be surprised at your improvement in only a few weeks and inspired to continue training.Good luck !
