Guest guest
I am a graduate student at the University of Central Florida. I will be presenting at the annual Florida Association of School Psychology conference this Fall. My presentation topic is behavioral techniques that can be used to foster communication in children with autism. I am focusing on functional communication, discrete-trail training, and incidental teaching techniques. If anyone has any information about these or other methods I would greatly appreciate your sharing your knowledge and experience with me. If you are aware of any videos that display these approaches being implemented, if you have any experience with these methods or teaching communication in general to children with autism, any really good research articles on this topic area, or etc. I would love any feedback you have. Thank you very much and I look forward to reading any responses,
