Hello Group!

My name is and I would like to share some information for

parents/caretakers of children with speech/language or other

communication impairment related to speech.

I am the online outreach coordinator for an organization called the

VOICES Association. The VOICES Association (VOICES stands for

Victory Over Impairments of Communication, Expression, and Speech)

is a 501©(3) tax exempt non-profit organization committed towards

improving the lives of children with severe speech-

language/communication disorders and their families.

You will find lots of information and many resources on issues

related to speech. You'll also meet and hear 4 year old, Jovan who

has verbal apraxia. Samples of Jovan's speech are available on the

site.
