Immunizations

I would wait on immunizations. It won't hurt your child not to get them later

after seeing Dr. G. It is not like there is an epidemic of measles, everyone

else is immunized, so you are safe for now. Most of our kids were low on iron

in the beginning. Dr. G recommends Feosal iron supplements. Ask the

pharmacist for dosage. It is non prescription. If your child is limited on

what he likes to eat, or only wants one food, the iron will help with this. It

is just another sign of immune dysfunction. Can you go to a local immunologist

who might get you started until you can get to Dr. G?

Hello group,

I am in Corpus Christi Texas and I am in need of a little advice. We are

in the military and will be here until Dec. We will be going to Arkansas

after this. I have just enrolled my daughter in school. She has not

been immunized and we are not planning on immunizing her or my son until

we feel more confident with the whole deal. What are the restriction,

when it comes to schools and entrance requirement in these states? Is

every state different? Or is there some kind of a nation wide acceptance

of a waiver? I was told that I would have to pay a fee for every

immunization that I decline. That does not seem fair. It is after all,

a parents choice whether or not to immunize their children. If you have

any information about this subject please let me know. I am sure there

are other parents that have experienced the same thing, or who will be in

the near future.

Thank you

Sara
