Here is yet another silly question that came to my head - Ricinoleic acid, does this have anything to do with castor oil or..? Mono-ester, let me see... A mono-ester like Glyceryl Ricinoleate is formed by the reaction of one acid (ricinoleic acid) and one alcohol (glycerin)? Off to learn more about esters...
