Guest guest
Thanks Angelo. Any shots should be directed at me for the error. Guest guest
Sorry for crabbing at the person that did this. After last week, having a rock hit my windshield, being depositioned, and then being kicked off the list, my patience had worn pretty thin. I am fine now. It is a new week. Guest guest
That can be a scary experience. During the first part of our freeway reconstruction there were mega dumptrucks all day long. One day at lunch, a rock flipped out, took a bounce and caught my A-piller, putting a dent in it and toasting the windshield. I had the window down a little, and I tell ya, had it come in, it woulda left a mark. I chased down the truck, cleaned out my shorts, called the trucking company and got a new windshield. Guest guest
Yes, and it happens so quickly. I am not sure where the rock came from since there were no other cars arounds and I wasn't near a falling rock area. I have been told it could have been a small meteor. Wouldn't that be my luck? My truck is only 1 year old. Fortunately, the insurance company pays to repair winshields with no deductible. They repaired it today and it looks good enough that I guess I can live with it. It actually had 3 places to repair. Andyman > > > having a rock hit my windshield, > > Brett
Guest guest
Good for you chasing the truck down - that's pretty gutsy - you never know what the guy in the truck will do! I guess with all the working out you probably would have been able to handle it though! LOL!!
