Guest guest
Hi listmates, I just wanted to make a recommendation to anyone seeking a BCaBA in the Chicago area. Mine has recently moved there to continue her education and I can't tell you how sorry I was to see her go. She has posted to the abaconnections website. Her name is Rose Feddock, BCaBA. She really knows her stuff AND has the greatest instincts I've ever seen. So if you're in need, contact her! You can tell her you heard about her from me. Guest guest
Our SLP diagnosed Benji at 25 mos with apraxia (although she did say it was a working diagnosis, which she later confirmed after working with him for a while, since he was quite young for a firm diagnosis). She's been amazing and he's made excellent progress. We're in the northwest suburbs. this SLP comes to your home, so you'd have to be reasonably close to us for her to be able to see you. If you're in the northwest suburban area (Buffalo Grove or nearby), please let me know offlist (alpy2@...) and I'll share the info. Good luck! Sandy, Illinois (alpy2@...)
