The Canadian Supreme court will render its decision in the British Columbia

Auton Case

this Friday. If it finds in favor of the families, other parents of children

with autism will

also be able to use the courts to force their provinces to provide intensive

behavioral

treatment for their children.

THE SUPREME COURT OF CANADA ANNOUNCED MONDAY THAT JUDGMENT IN THE

FOLLOWING APPEALS WILL BE DELIVERED AT 9:45 A.M. ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2004.
