Dear Friend,When someone comes to me with a problem, I don't care what it is -poor health, lack of money, un-fulfilling relationships or selfesteem issues...there is only one thing that I ever work on, and thatis LOVING THE SELF. I find that when we really love, accept andapprove of ourselves exactly as we are, then everything in life works. So how do you love yourself? First of all and most importantly:cease all criticism of yourself and others. Accept yourself as youare. Praise yourself as much as you can. Criticism breaks down theinner spirit, praise builds it up. Look into a mirror often andsimply say: I LOVE YOU, I REALLY LOVE YOU. It may be difficult atfirst, but keep practicing and soon you will mean and feel what yousay. This process will help you get in touch with your true self.Love yourself as much as you can and all of life will mirror thisback to you.Panic and worry

serve nothing. Whenever you feel those feelingsor thoughts STOP! Consciously record over those old mental tapes withgood, loving and peaceful affirmations. You can do this! Affirm: ALLIS WELL. EVERYTHING IS WORKING OUT FOR MY HIGHEST GOOD, OUT OF THISSITUATION ONLY GOOD WILL COME, I AM SAFE!By consistently practicing at and nurturing the love ofourselves we open the doors to an abundance of good in our lives. Youare a beautiful creation of a loving universe and infinitelydeserving of love, peace of mind and self esteem exactly as you are. With love and blessings,Louise L. Hay
