Guest guest
"I have my whole life ahead of me.""I am young and beautiful...at every age.""I contribute to society in fulfilling and productive ways.""I am in charge of my finances, my health, and my future.""I am respected by all whom I come in contact with.""I honor and respect the children and adolescents in my life.""I greet each new day with energy and joy.""I live every day to the fullest.""I sleep well at night."These affirmations were taken from the book called, "EmpoweringWomen" by Louise L. Hay. Don't let the title throw you off, though.Much of the book would help men, also.** Affirmations can be as simple or complex as you want to makethem. It can be simple like, "I am well." or very long, and verycomplicated. There are times to have the affirmations be long andcomplicated, but for the most part, some of the more general orsimple ones seem to work best for me. Because I can remember them, and recall them throughout a hectic day (when they are needed), andso apply them to the stress in my life. "All is well." That is verysimple, and can cover a multitude of problems, issues, and feelings. Give affirmations a try! Peace, love, and light to all of you -- PJ
