Here's some info for the 18 year old,

Lonestar College-CyFair has a certificate program called PALS, Programs for

Adult Learning Skills.

PALS is a unique program Lone Star College–CyFair designed to meet the needs

of motivated developmentally disabled adults who wish to further their

education beyond a high school level.

All PALS courses are tailored to meet the needs of developmentally disabled

adults in an effort to provide successful life application skills that can be

utilized for employment.

The program's core courses are;

-workplace skills

-social skills

-computer skills

-customer services skills

-independent living

They have an Office Skills certificate and a Customer Service certificate.

Students can enroll for an internship as well. The cost of the program is $294

and is a 96 hour program.

Noemi who is an instructor for the PALS program mentioned that

Sharpstown Learning Center on Bellaire may have adult education services as

well.
