I have used high quality proteolytic enzymes, with seratiopeptidase

such as PRX by theramedix and staphysagria 5ch, found it helpful.

I would look into lidocaine/saline injections for this

patient--neural therapy or prolo therapy. I don't know

where your practice is.

Scar Tissue After Hernia SurgeryI have a 55 yoa male patient with scar tissue and myofacial restrtictions, tenderness to palpation along the inguinal ligament and general pain in the inguinal area. Acupuncture, PT, castor oil packs all of no help. Any suggestions? Olea Europaea is suppose to be able to break down scar tissue. Has anybody tried this as a local application. Any other suggestions. Thanks
