Guest guest
they said that it was only for cosmetic reasons. makes me really mad, because, she is beautiful to me no matter what. i worry about jaw problems and vision problems. the dentist just told me today that i clench my teeth and grind my teeth badly. i have worn my teeth down, have over sensitive teeth and have grown too much bone around my jaw.. i dont know if this is hereditary, but it scares me anyway. it is painful. jen
Guest guest
We are new to a VBA program and our insurance considers behavioral treatment to be " investigative and does not cover them. " Any suggestions for supporting documentation in an appeal letter? Or ways others have fought their insurance companies and won? Thanks, Gillian jonathan.stein@...
