magnesium soaks

I wish I had gotten this info a week ago. We had another set of twins born

after having PPROM for one week. Just had this last week, too. No infection

for either, I might add! This mom had 3+ dependent edema. Including her

labia. And, this was before labor!!! Bless her heart, she was so

uncomfortable, she couldn't put her legs together and walked so funny. She

looked like she had two plums hanging down between her legs. Actually, she

looked like she had a scrotum... Honest, it was that bad. She would have

been a prime candidate for these magnesium soaks, before and especially

after.

Could you tell me, again, the " recipe " for the mag soaks. I am especially

interested in the one that someone said went between gauze pads and had NS

added to it. How much Epsom's salts to NS is used? I really want to get

this right. I inadvertently put the other message in the trash.

Anyone else got any info, or secrets to pass on to me so I can share at

work? I feel like a sponge soaking up the neat info.
