Use an oral syringe and squirt it between her check and gum, and if

she's small enough do it in a upside down position held like a baby

(have your husband hold her). This is the only way we got supplements

down my son when he was younger. After a few days of this he realized it

was going down one way or the other so he just let me give it to him and

we chased it with juice. Some kids take supplements in juice or on food

but my son could smell everything and he'd throw it at me and cry. My

method worked but it wasn't pretty but it sure was effective! Still

doesn't beat the feeding therapy though that we finally had to do when

he was 12 that was a battle I nearly lost because I almost let him win.

Willfulness runs in the family.....
