Guest guest
Does anybody know what to do to relieve or stop migraines? I am menopausal and have had numerous neck injuries. I have been getting pounded with migraines for almost 5 weeks now, waking up in the morning with my head exploding.....I have tried so many natural remedies I have lost count. My mother had migraines and I hear/read they run in families. This syndrome is causing me to feel fatigued, depressed, frustrated because the severity of pain and such intense frequency is debilitating, and keeping me from handling daily responsibilities. I am single and self employed, so I have no financial backup....which adds to the stress......I could scream but it would only make my head hurt more right now. I feel like this constant pain is robbing me of so much.. friends don't understand the pain I am in and act annoyed with me..which leaves me feeling alone, unsupported and isolated....I am in need of help.....and prayers......I wish I could end this pain so I could LIVE more fully........ Guest guest
My deepest thanks and blessings to you all.....for the response to my request for assistance with the migraines.....my mother was never diagnosed with them...I received a diagnosis about 8 years ago.....all the advice I read seems to fit well. I do exercise and drink LOTS of water and herbal teas.....this syndrome seems to appear monthly (3-4 days during full moon)....I had a massage last week and my masseuse did say something felt out of alignment in my neck. I did not relate this to having been in a car accident on Oct 13 till I had the massage.....so i will continue with more body/mind work......blessings to all of you who took the time to respond with such loving advice.....blessings to you all.....Serene Be a better pen pal. Text or chat with friends inside . See how.
