I Turn Off The Corrupted Hierarchy's Media "Fear" Programming - <Turn off, Tune in, Turn on>

In the frenzy of modern living it is amazing how rarely we give ourselves silence in which to be at peace. We have come to live with noise both internally and externally, rarely experiencing quiet throughout our being. Even in what we consider relaxation we often have the stereo or television going, providing an uninterrupted stream of stimulation for our minds. This ceaseless mental activity builds up a back-log of unexpressed nervous energy. When we come to try and be still this built up energy bursts out. (Story Waters) - www.limitlessness.com

I Tune In To Me ~ I Be Here Now - <Turn off, Tune in, Turn on>

Learn to let go. That is the key to happiness. (Buddha)

I Tune In Within, I Turn On My Soul - <Turn off, Tune in, Turn on>

Just relax and breathe. Feel the breath moving in and out of your body in a relaxed and natural way. This is God talking to you. When you learn to understand that language, your troubles are over. (St Germain through Klein, from the book, Jewels on the Path)

The Nature of Fear Is Living Less Of Life

So what keeps you separate from knowing love? Well, what you have learned, what you have absorbed from the collective consciousness and indeed from your own early life, is the separation from love through fear. (Ptaah through Jani King) - www.ptaah.com

I Face My Fear And Grow

....courage is not the absence of despair; it is, rather, the capacity to move ahead in spite of despair. (Rollo May, 20th Century Existential Psychologist)

I Embrace My Power - Being "All" Of Who I Am

I am the responsible power in my life. When we first hear that we are responsible for our experiences, we think we are being blamed. And blame makes us feel guilty and wrong. However, there is no blame involved. To understand that we are responsible is to be given a great gift, for the same power that helps to create experiences can also change them. We go from being powerless over our circumstances to being people who can mold and shape our lives in positive ways. As we learn to use our thoughts in productive ways, we become powerful people. It gives us the power to respond to life, to make changes, and to improve the quality of our lives. I accept my responsibilities with ease. (Louise Hay) - www.LouiseHay.com

I Embrace My Mirrors

Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what he thinks into it. (Ernest Holmes)

I Unify My "I" ~ I Integrate My Polarities ~ I Embrace My Shadow Side

The responsibility of the open heart is to love unconditionally that which is seen, and to see everything and every person as yourself or a part of yourself. In times of disquiet and conflict, entities are offered a sharpened opportunity to behold the shadow portion of the self: the wolf that bites at the heart… The enjoyment of life of Fourth Density is dependent upon being able to move into a state of consciousness in which all other selves are seen as Self and all crimes and achievements are seen as a portion of the Universal Self, and then to move that 180 degrees, to where the self is seen as all things and as the Creator. That unification of consciousness opens the self to loving and being loved in a way that the body loves itself, rather than the way entities who are separate units love each other… (Q'uo through Carla L. Rueckert) - www.llresearch.org/transcripts/transcripts_toc_year.htm

I Choose Not To Blame ~ I Allow Autonomy

If you don't accept responsibility for your own actions, then you are forever chained to a position of defense. (Holly Lisle, from the book, Fire In The Mist)

I Choose Not To Judge ~ I Allow Free Will

You are not responsible for everyone's happiness. (Institute For Creative Living) - www.ifcl.com

I Choose Not To Worry ~ I Believe In My Strengths

Do you spend time worrying about what may happen in the next moment, week, month or year? What do you believe will be the result of your worry? Will it resolve the situation or bring a solution? Worry in any form is an expression of the fear that you feel about a situation, whether it is about something that has happened in the past or may happen in the future. When you worry you are no longer living in the present moment and all of your attention is focused on what you fear. Since this is where your energy is flowing you will manifest more of what you worry about. Worry is not necessary when you trust that the Universe will meet all of your needs.

When you worry you create a situation in which you replay your fears and create even more of what you are worrying about. And you forget all of your spiritual knowledge, learning and understanding when you engage in the process of worrying. You also forget your role in creating your reality. This shows the Universe that you do not believe that everything happens in divine order, that all of your needs are known and will be provided for and that you are protected and provided for. When you are constantly mindful of your power, you know that whatever you turn your energy towards is manifested in your reality. So why worry if your intention is to find a solution rather than creating more of what you do not want? (Archangel Uriel through Hoffman) - www.urielheals.com

I Pursue My Passions

Determination is the wake-up call to the human will. ( Robbins) - www.anthonyrobbins.com

I Embrace My Mistakes As Opportunities To Learn

People should never be ashamed to own they have been in the wrong, which is but saying, in other words, that they are wiser today than they were yesterday. ( Pope)

I Embrace All Change As Chances To Grow

We cannot live the afternoon of life according to the program of life's morning; for what in the morning was true will in evening become a lie. (C. G. Jung)
