Guest guest
A poem I wrote this morning..... Winter I am Winter and I come to grace you with a new breath… A breath that you can feel all the way down to your toes. With visions of perched hawks, feeding deer and scurrying chipmunks that you cannot see in the other seasons. With the crunch of leaves and twigs beneath your feet, and ice castles that Summer could never show you. I come to bless you with the feel of warm woolen coats And bright red gloves, with earmuffs and angora sweaters, fireplaces, and Thanksgiving gatherings, with Christmas bells, iceskating, and childrens laughter and delight. So that you may remember, as Autumn closes A whole new world opens for Me. 10/27/07 CS Love and Light, Cheryl May we learn to benefit the life of Earth with peace, humble in our needs, and generous in our giving.Joanne SunshowerSee what's new at AOL.com and Make AOL Your Homepage. Guest guest
Cheryl, what a beautiful poem, thanks for sharing! Sending prayers and healing out to all who've asked as well as all the souls affected by the recent wildfire's you've been having over there. We know only too well the pain, loss and devastation they are suffering as we have had some shocking times with raging bush fires over the years ourselves. No one remains untouched, I pray for the renewal and rejuvenation of spirit for all from their tragic loss. Just like the Pheonix rises from the ashes.
