Has

your family made any head way with getting a biopsy?  It seems like your

son-in-law was able to get someone to run the CT Scan which had to cost a

pretty penny that someone should be willing to at least do a needle biopsy.  Since

it is in the neck they might be able to feel an area rather then needing a CT

scanner to guide the biopsy which would save on expenses.  From a needle biopsy

there would not be very much tissue for the pathologists to process so maybe the

pathology bill would be on the lower end.

Are

there not county type hospitals here in Texas?

In California,

you might have to wait for hours and hours but anyone could be seen at a county

hospital.

I

know I’m probably being naïve and over simplifying the situation.

I

hope you don’t find my post insensitive.  In the future, I would love to

become some type of professional patient advocate for these types of

situations.  The situation is so disturbing…lack of medical care.

Your

family has been on my mind.  Every time I think of y’all I send up a

prayer.
