Sweet! , thanks! I had used that technique before when I was down

at TIDhealth in Redlands from the local compounder and had forgot the

conversions. I will double check with them before ordering and after I

get her labs, of course. Her MD oncologist had just order some blood

work so I had her add-on fasting insulin, AM cortisol, and thyroid

panel with fT3/T4, rT3 in case she is not converting and APO's. Never

done a panel with a thyroidectomy pt, so not sure what to expect. She

has most of hypo ssx so will likely need to increase dose, but not sure

how to proceed without casuing fibs or palps (she had gone into A-Fib

once and so had her dose lowered. SHe also wakes at 3-5am with tingling

extremeties but denies it is anything like a hot flash, so will also

try and get a homocysteine or MMA. She does not want to get labs thru

me direct as her Kaiser insurance/Blue Sheild will not cover me.

Forgot what FFT means!? AM temps? Oh ya, any reson not to use

Armour? Thanks again everyone for the help.
