It's always helpful if you specify which software you are using. Based on the

use of the term Studies, I assume it is BrainMaster. If you are using 2.0 or

higher, what you should be doing is using the Session Librarian to e-mail a zip

file of the folder from your desktop to your laptop and back after a session

using a different computer. That way you have a single file on both machines

that is up-to-date and synchronized. You could, of course, copy the missing

files from the laptop into the Client's studies folder on the desktop, but I'm

afraid you are right that they won't necessarily show up in the right place if

you are trying to do longitudinal graphs.
