Guest guest Posted May 13, 2001 Report Share Posted May 13, 2001 Aloha everyone.. I have joined this group to get advice as well as some motivation to stay with it. I know I have had to lose some weight, yet I ame being told that I have put on weight. Is it possible that I am putting on more muscle than losing body fat? If this the case, is there a way to increase the fat loss? I know I am not supposed to do more than 46 minutes of workout per weight lifting day, but I am so tempted to put another 20-30 minutes of cardio in. Does anyone have any advice?
