Tamanu is not a well-known oil at this point, but that lack of awareness is

changing. Tamanu has tremendous health benefits, especially in the areas of skin

regeneration and restoration. It is incredibly effective in cremes, massage oils

and other leave-on products.

Tamanu is said to work synergistically with emu, Vit. E, comfrey, calendula and

other skin-friendly oils. Current research indicates that Tamanu is having great

success in reversing keloids and other types of scarring, even when the scars

are considered " too old " to be improved.
