,These side effects don't seem common to me. Was this a new relationship when she had the IUD inserted? How is she feeling about the relationship? In other words, could the new sxs be attributed to something unrelated to the IUD? Just a thought. She has experienced some relief with one yr of BTG's , COP's , drainage but the vaginitis continues, worse during the second half of her cycle and some resolution with her period. She also complains of vaginal dryness during intercourse and has low libido. These also occurred with insertion of IUD. She is considering removal of IUD, wondered about others experience with this.
