Guest guest Posted May 30, 2000 Report Share Posted May 30, 2000 Hiya All Ok so I've not TB'd for over a week and feeling very stiff and lousy so need a kick to get back into it, though this cold has nearly gone so n excuse now. But I've been kite flying over the weekend and I managed to fly my friends 10ft foil all by myself for a good while... I was so pleased at how far I've come, from when I couldn't hold it at all, then it'd take me off down the field..not yesterday - it was brilliant - I am so much stronger than I was even a few months ago. I don't know about weight (no scales) and size (though some days my clothes are very slack) but I know it's working all the same.... Jill who's soooooo chuffed...
